1. Service provider and scope
VICIOUSBYTE S.A. DE C.V., located at Calle Lirios #17, Col. Valle de Santa Cruz, C.P. 56120, Texcoco, Estado de México, México, operates viciousbyte.com and services associated with the ViciousByte brand. Contact us at contacto@viciousbyte.com.
These terms describe the general conditions of our website and integrations. Features, limits, deliverables and commercial conditions for each service are stated in its plan, order, proposal or contract. An integration with Meta does not imply certification or endorsement of our services by Meta.
2. Accounts, authorizations and permitted use
Our services are intended for people over 18. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and have permission to use the data, accounts and materials you provide. If you represent an organization, you must be authorized to act for it.
You may not use the services to access accounts without authorization, harass others, commit fraud, send spam, infringe third-party rights or evade platform security measures and limits. Cybersecurity and OSINT tools must be used lawfully and under the applicable authorizations.
3. Facebook, WhatsApp and automated replies
Our Meta app manages Pages for which we have permissions: publishing content, querying metrics and responding to comments. WhatsApp Business handles communications with our business through enabled integrations. Permissions and feature availability also depend on Meta and the assets assigned to the app.
Some replies may be generated by Kungen, our AI system. They may contain errors and do not replace professional advice or a confirmed commercial proposal. For clarification or human assistance, write to contacto@viciousbyte.com. Facebook, WhatsApp and other providers' terms also apply when using their respective platforms.
4. Privacy and data deletion
Our privacy policy explains the data we process, purposes, providers and your rights. You may request access, correction, cancellation, objection and deletion through the process linked at the end of this page.
Canceling a subscription, revoking a Meta permission and requesting data deletion are separate actions. Deletion is evaluated for data under our control and respects statutory retention obligations; it does not itself delete your Facebook or WhatsApp account.
5. Purchases, subscriptions and cancellations
Before paying, review the product or plan, price, currency, taxes, billing interval and, where applicable, exchange rate and final charge. Additional services and custom projects require a proposal or contract. A pending payment does not equal a confirmed payment or activated access.
Recurring charges require disclosure and authorization of their conditions. You may request cancellation or report a charge to contacto@viciousbyte.com, providing the order reference without sending full card details. Cancellations, refunds and charge corrections will be handled according to the purchased service and applicable statutory rights. Nothing in these terms excludes those rights.
Premium guides are digital educational materials; license and delivery conditions are displayed when purchasing them. Contact support about delivery failures, incorrect charges or non-performance so the appropriate remedy can be provided.
6. Content and intellectual property
You retain the rights you hold in your materials. By providing them for a service, you authorize processing to the extent needed to deliver that service and in accordance with our privacy policy. You must have the necessary permissions from people represented in those materials.
ViciousByte and third-party brands, software and materials retain their respective rights. Purchasing a guide or using a platform does not authorize resale, redistribution or exploitation beyond the applicable license or contract.
7. Availability and support
Features may be affected by maintenance, errors or provider changes. We do not guarantee reach, monetization, Meta approval, investigative or investment outcomes. Expressly agreed service levels and deliverables remain applicable.
Report incidents to contacto@viciousbyte.com with the service reference and a description of the issue. Do not include passwords, tokens, card details or unnecessary third-party personal information.
8. Breaches, changes and rights
We may restrict a feature where necessary to address unlawful use, a security incident or a provider restriction, while respecting contractual obligations and applicable rights. Changes to these terms will be published with their update date; they do not retroactively alter an existing contract or purchase.
Mexican law applies without waiving non-waivable rights or applicable remedies before competent authorities. For clarification, complaints or questions about these conditions, write to contacto@viciousbyte.com.
